Personal Training

Our Personal Training approach is client centered. What matters to us is what matters to you. After discussing your goals, performing a Movement and Health Screening; our Trainers will work together with you to build a plan. We utilize either an in-person, Hybrid or fully Remote Model to help you to achieve consistency, gain the knowledge around moving your body and to in turn, reach your goals.

Small Group Training

At ISS, we recognize that some thrive in a community setting. These training sessions are designed to empower you, improve your confidence with the basic human movements (Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Carry and Lunge) and get you feeling more connected with your body. Small group Training is limited to 4-6 per session.

Assisted Stretching

Assisted stretching sessions are aimed at improving flexibility, reducing tension around joints and leaving you feeling refreshed. This can be done in either 25 minute or 50 minute sessions. 25 Minute sessions are limited to either upper or lower body. 50 Minute Sessions are Full Body unless otherwise requested.
