Island Stretch & Strength exists to build a strong, inclusive community where people of all ages develop real strength, move with confidence, and support their bodies for the long term
What we do

Personal Training is offered one-on-one, in pairs, or in small private groups. Sessions are thoughtfully customized to align with your goals, movement history, and experience level. Each session provides focused, attentive coaching in a supportive environment, helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency in your training.

Small Group Training is offered weekly in a supportive, small-group setting with a maximum 1:6 coach-to-client ratio. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, focused strength work, and a conditioning component. You’ll leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and well-worked.

Assisted Stretch Sessions are offered in 25- or 50-minute sessions and are designed to improve flexibility, support recovery, and enhance breath awareness. These sessions complement strength training and help your body feel more open, supported, and ready to move.
